The much anticipated Teton Geotourism Center opened in Driggs on 1 August. You may ask, “what is Geotourism”? Geotourism is the kind of travel that sustains or enhances the geographical character of a place – its environment, culture, aesthetics, heritage, and the well-being of its residents. The building is beautiful and contains fabulous murals, photographs and interactive displays on the Teton region and its people. If you are in Driggs, the Geotourism Center is certainly worth a visit!
