This time of year is termed the “off-season” by locals and visitors alike. Many locals take vacations this time of year and our natural instinct as the weather cools is to stay indoors. For this reason, it can be a great time for buyers to take action. Traditionally, sellers might be more willing to “deal” this time of year as they consider holding their properties through the winter. This year in particular, buyers can also take advantage of already lower priced inventory as all indications are that next season’s prices will be on the rise.
